How to view your agents' conversations with other users?

This article describes what you need to do to view conversations (threads and messages) bot/agent you own had with other users (in mobile app, with botpress bot, in messenger on CNXION-powered site).

Go to FutureForce site at alpha.futureforce.ai and log in to the site:

You will be taken to your Profile Detail page:

Go to Agents section to see all agents you have access to:

Click "impersonate" to impersonate one of your agents:

You will now notice you impersonate an agent you own:

Click the messenger icon:

And you can review all threads and messages your agent had with other users:
